Returns

• We stand behind our handcrafted goods. We will replace or credit you for any defective products. Other claims must be made within 10 days.
• Returns must have prior approval.
• Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges.
• We do not issue refunds.
Shipping & Handling
• We ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged. Faster service available.
• All non-case orders under $300 will be charged $5 per shipment plus $1 packing charge per unit.
